Certified in the ACE model of Integrated Fitness Training, a systematic , balanced and progressive program that improves posture, movement, flexibility, balance, core function, cardio respiratory fitness, muscular endurance and muscular strength.

CUSTOMIZED PROGRAM

Fitness programs are built based on age, gender, goals, pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, lifestyle, limitations, fitness levels & unique anatomy.

I entered the fitness industry because of my personal transformation and the deep interest I have in sharing my knowledge with others on this journey. I have learnt a lot from my own fitness journey, from top professionals, books & research and continue to do so.
