Chickpea & gotukola (kind of leaf/herb) grilled fritters. Simple and quick to make. Can be made and refrigerated after cooking.
Here’s how you make them:
Preparation Time: 10-15 min
Ingredients:
Chickpeas (soaked & boiled) : 100 gm
Greens (Gotukola) : 1-2 cups (feel free to experiment with the type of green & proportions)
Cumin seeds : 1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds : 1/2 tsp
Garlic : 1-2 cloves (optional)
Salt for taste
Blend all ingredients together starting with the seeds, greens, garlic and finally the chickpeas. Make palm sized patties. Grill them with 1-2 tsp oil.
